Cleaning and RepairQ. How should I clean my SOUL™? A. First rinse with cold water to remove any dust. Then apply either glass cleaning solution, vinegar and water, or a very small amount of diluted dish detergent. Rinse thoroughly and pat dry with a lint free cotton cloth. Q. How do I maintain the “light event” or halo in my SOUL™? A. With your finger, simply apply some of the oil from your body to the contour. The oil will act as an enhancer to the surface of the contour and it will help to create the halo effect. Q. Will my SOUL™ chip or scratch easily? A. All crystal glass is fragile, but with the proper handling and cleaning of your SOUL™, it can remain chip and scratch free. Q. How should I store my SOUL™ when not wearing it? A. Use the velvet bag that your SOUL™ came in. Q. Will the bail come off? A. The bond is stronger than both the glass and the metal. However, should it come off, we do have a replacement policy. Simply return the SOUL™ to us and we will gladly replace it, free of charge. Q. If I damage my SOUL™ can it be repaired? A. If the damage is slight it is possible that it can be repaired.
